Discussion	We did receive the cookie funds for last year sales.  Tiffany had the council cancel and re-issue the
lost check.  Thank you, to the council for all their help
Conclusions	Currently our Service Unit Funds are over $800.  Our plans for this money have not been determined at
this time.
Council

Discussion	Distributed the early registration patches for the troops that have earned them.
Questions about the “new” website. i.e. events not being published on site.

Service Unit Annual Giving Campaign

Discussion	Our Ludlow Service Unit is thinking about hosting a “Family Partnership” for the Council.  We have
contacted the Polish American Citizen’s Club and requested the donation of their facility for the event.  Leaders gave input in
regards to some possible event dates.  At this time, it appears we are looking to schedule the event in January 2013.
Conclusions	Denise will contact the PACC to find available dates for January.
Fall Product

Essentials, passed out Volunteer window decals.  Open registration for GS will be held at East Street School on September
28 at 6:00 pm.

Discussion	Still waiting to receive last years’ Service Unit Cookie check.  We have decided as a Unit to put a stop
payment on the check and ask the Council to re-issue less $25.00 stop payment fee.  An Account was opened at Luso Credit Union

Discussion	The Ludlow Service Unit now as a BLOG!!  We would like all troops to participate by first following the
blog, and second by providing the Unit with pictures from troop meetings and outings.  We are all new to the “Blog world” so
please bear with us as we all learn together!

Fall Product Sales

Discussion	This year, Juniors and up are the only troops allowed to opt out.  Sales flyers, address cards, online
orders (how to receive credit), and delivery of product was discussed.  Fall Product start date is September 28 and end date is
October 28.
